Objective:
@EN The purpose of this study was to develop the program of teaching case filing system, Casebank-GI, for students and residents.
@ES Material and methods:
@EN The IBM compatable personal computer was used, which had Pentium CPU, Overaly board for digitizing of images, and 1.3 GB magnetooptical disk driver, The program tool is Access 2.0 under Windows 3.1(Korean version) environment. The 160 cases
are
selected from Gastrointestinal teaching case pool.
@ES Result:
@EN Casebank-GI has 11 database, 36 screens for data input, 41 query, and 20 output form, and 850 images from 160 cases are saved. And the program contains references of disease, and Korean Journal seraching system. Total amount of data is 560
Mbyte.
@ES Conclusion:
@EN Casebank-GI, a coputerized program of teaching case filing system, is useful program for students and residents, becauase of easy manipulation and economical efficiency
